If you decide you no longer want your Kobo Super Points VIP Membership, change the Auto-Renewal setting to OFF in your Kobo Super Points Dashboard.
After the expiry date, we won’t attempt to bill your credit card for a VIP Membership, but you'll still be a regular Kobo Super Points Member for no additional charge.
You'll keep any Kobo Super Points you had, but your VIP Membership fees will not be refunded.
- Go to Kobo.com.
- Sign in to your account.
- Click Super Points at the top of your screen.
- Click See your latest activity. You'll be taken to the Kobo Super Points Dashboard.
- Click Manage Membership.
At the bottom of the screen, under Auto-Renewal, switch your setting from ON to OFF. This will ensure that we don't renew your VIP Membership when it expires. You'll continue to receive VIP benefits until the membership expiry date.
