My Kobo eReader freezes while I'm writing
- Restart your Kobo eReader.
- Sync your Kobo eReader.
- Make sure your eReader is updated with the latest software.
- Try writing in a different workbook to see if the issue is limited to one workbook.
My notes or annotations are missing or not syncing
- Check that your eReader is connected to the internet.
- Sync your eReader.
- Make sure you're signed in to the correct Kobo account.
- Check whether your notes return after the sync is complete.
