You can translate a word from one language to another. This can be especially useful when reading books in a foreign language, or if you're learning to read in a new language.
Note: The dictionary may not work in some books such as PDFs, books you borrowed from a public library, or free books you found on the internet.
- While reading, press and hold the word you'd like to translate.
- Lift your finger from the screen. A definition of the word will appear in a dialog box
- Tap the
dropdown icon. A list of languages will appear in the dropdown menu.
- Select the language that you'd like to translate to.
