If you get an error message about a book in Kobo Desktop—for example, that the content is locked—you’ll usually be able to fix the problem by signing out and signing in again.

1. Open Kobo Desktop.
2. Click the profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Click Sign Out.
4. Click Yes.
5. Click Sign in at the top of the screen.
6. Enter your Kobo account details.

7. Click Continue.
