If you get an error message about a book in Kobo Desktop—for example, that the content is locked—you’ll usually be able to fix the problem by signing out and signing in again.
- Open Kobo Desktop.
- Click the profile icon at the top of the screen.
- Click Sign Out.
- Click Yes.
- Click Sign in at the top of the screen.
- Enter your Kobo account details.
- Click Continue.
