Starting Dec 31st to Jan 5th, due to a planned system outage, there will be a slight delay in shipment of eReader orders/replacements and creation of return labels.
Impacts on placing orders: Orders can be placed as usual, and you will receive an email confirmation of your order. The Order Status page will not update until Jan 6th, and orders will ship on Jan. 7th. Express shipping will be unavailable at this time.
Expect a 2–3-day shipping delay for orders placed from Dec 31st to Jan 3rd.
No shipping delay on orders placed before Dec 31st or after Jan 3rd.
Impacts on returns and replacements: You can complete a return request through our Order Status page during the outage, however the return label to mail it back to us will not be emailed to you until Jan. 6. The Return Status page will not update until Jan. 6. Replacements mailed back to us may take longer to process during the outage.
