What happens if I cancel Kobo Stack?
If you cancel your Kobo Stack subscription:
- Your files will remain in your account for 60 days.
- You will no longer be able to sync your books across the Kobo ecosystem.
- If you do not back up your files before the period ends, your files may be permanently deleted.
- Any extended warranty coverage associated with Kobo Stack will be canceled for covered devices.
Why am I unable to access Kobo Stack?
Kobo Stack is only available on compatible Kobo eReaders running software version 6.0 or later.
