The Kobo eBooks app for your Apple device—like your iPad or iPhone—does not support purchasing directly from within the app. You can still make purchases on Kobo.com using your device’s browser.
To create a shortcut to easily access the Kobo Store from your Home screen on your Apple device:
- Open Safari on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
- Visit Kobo.com
- Tap the
share icon.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. A link to the Kobo website will be saved to your Home screen.
After you purchase your item, open the Kobo Books app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch and tap the Sync icon to download your eBook or audiobook.
