You can add notes to sentences you highlight in your book. This can be useful if you want to add your own notes to a highlight you've made in the book.
Add notes while you read
To add notes to a book while you read:
- Tap and hold you finger over a word.
A menu will appear. - Drag the circles to select the word or sentence that you want to highlight.
- Tap Note in the pop-up menu.
- Use the keyboard and enter your notes.
- Tap Save.
View the notes you've made
View your notes while reading
After you've made your note, you'll see a note icon next to the passage that you've highlighted. When you see this icon next to a highlight, tap the
note icon to view your note.
View your notes in a list
After you've made your notes, you can view them in a list. This can be useful if you prefer to see all the notes you've made in a list.
To view your notes that you've made in the book:
- While reading, tap the middle of the screen.
The reading menu will appear. - Tap the
Table of Contents icon near the top of the screen.
- Tap Annotations.
You'll see a list of your annotations that you've made in the book. - Tap on any annotation to view it.
Delete your notes
To remove your notes in your book in a list:
- While reading, tap the middle of the screen.
The reading menu will appear. - Tap the
Table of Contents icon near the top of the screen.
- Tap Annotations.
You'll see a list of your annotations that you've made in the book.
- Beside the note that you want to remove, tap the
- Tap Delete Note.
