Any Rakuten Super Points™ you earn from Rakuten.com can only be used for purchases on Rakuten.com. Similarly, Kobo Super Points you earn can only be redeemed from Kobo.
Rakuten Super Points™and Kobo Super Points cannot be combined to redeem for rewards.
