You can pre-order new Kobo eReaders from kobo.com/devices.

If you pre-order a device from kobo.com:

• We'll charge your credit card when we've processed your order.
• If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact Kobo Customer Care.

Once you pre-order a Kobo eReader, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your order is ready to ship, we'll follow up with an email to let you know when you'll get your new Kobo eReader.

Note: Kobo does not offer a trade-in program for used eReaders or tablets.
