If you have trouble connecting to a Wi Fi network, try removing the network from your eReader, and then re-add it again.

1. Go to your Home screen.
2. Tap the  More icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Wi Fi connection.
5. Beside ‘Edit Wi Fi networks’, tap Edit.
6. Remove a network from your eReader:
   To remove all the networks: Tap the empty checkbox beside ‘Select All’
   To remove a specific network, tap the checkbox beside the network name.
7. Tap Delete at the bottom of the screen.

You may need to manually add a Wi Fi network to your eReader if you are trying to connect to a ‘hidden’ network. A hidden network means that you have to know the Wi Fi name and credentials to connect to it.
