After you purchase a Kobo eReader or accessory, you can check the status of the order. 

To track your order status: 

1. Select the country you made your purchase from.
   You'll see the 'Order Status' page after you select your country below:

   • Australia
   • Belgium
   • France
   • Italy

   • New Zealand
   • Portugal
   • Singapore
   • Spain
   • United Kingdom
     
     
2. Enter your order number and email address.
   Note: If you forgot your order number, follow the steps here. 
   
   
   
3. Click View.
   The Order Status page will appear.
   

You'll see your:

• Order number
• Shipping information
• Order summary
• Items in your order, and the status of the order process
• An option to track your shipment after your item(s) have been shipped

If you changed your mind about this order and want to cancel it, follow the steps here.
