You can track the status of your Kobo return or replacement also known as a 'return merchandise authorization' (RMA).
To track the status of your RMA refund or RMA replacement, you'll need:
- Your email that you used to create the RMA request.
- Your ticket number that's associated with the cancellation or replacement.
Note: This ticket number is emailed to you after you make a request for a replacement to cancel your eReader or accessory order.
Follow these steps to track the status of your RMA refund or RMA replacement:
- Visit the Kobo RMA page.
- Enter the ticket number and email that's associated with the request and click Search.
You'll see an order status page.
- From the order status page, you can:
- Download a return label: Click Download Return Label so that you can use it to mail your device.
- Track your package: Click Track Package to see the status of your shipment.
Note:
It can take up to 5 business days for the RMA status to be updated after the return is received.

DHL Return Drop-Off Information (EU Customers) When returning your order using DHL return label, please note that DHL operates two different services in EU:
- DHL Express
- DHL Parcel
Your return label will show which service your package must be dropped off with. If the location you visit cannot accept your package, please try another DHL point that matches the service indicated on your label.
