How refunds affect Kobo Super Points and promotional points

If you return an eBook or audiobook, any Kobo Super Points or promotional points associated with the purchase may be impacted.

• Kobo Super Points earned from a purchase are removed when the refund is processed.
• Kobo Super Points used to buy an eBook are returned only if the eBook hasn’t been downloaded or opened.
• eBooks that have been downloaded or opened aren’t eligible for a refund, and points won’t be returned.
• Promotional points may not be awarded or may be removed if the refund makes the order ineligible for the promotion.

Once your refund is complete, the returned item is removed from your library and devices after you sync.
