If you're a Booktopia customer and you want to sign in to the Rakuten Kobo app using your Google account, you'll need to reset your Booktopia account password.

To reset your Booktopia account password:

1. Go to the password reset page here: https://www.booktopia.com.au/forgotten-password.ep
2. Enter your Gmail address into the 'Email Address' text box.
   
   
   
3. Click Send Recovery Password.
   
4. Go to your Gmail inbox and look for the password reset instructions from Booktopia.
   Note: If you don't see an email from Booktopia, check your Spam folder.
5. Follow the steps from the email to reset your Booktopia password.

After you reset your Booktopia password, you can sign in to the app using your Gmail credentials.
