If you notice that some colour images on your Kobo Libra Colour or Kobo Clara Colour have a "rainbow" effect, you may be able to reduce the rainbow effect by turning on a feature on your eReader.

Note: Only Kobo Libra Colour and Kobo Clara Colour have colour screens.

To reduce the rainbow effect:

1. While reading, tap the middle of the screen to bring up the Reading Menu.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
   
   
   
3. Swipe right on the screen until you see 'Page 2 of 3' at the top-right corner of the screen.
   
   
   
4. Beside 'Reduce rainbow effect', select the checkbox beside 'On'. 
   Note: When the 'Reduce Rainbow effect" feature is turned on, it may reduce your eReader's performance or blur some images.
   
   
   
   
5. Tap the close icon at the top-right corner of the screen to resume reading.
