If you have missing content or have issues with the Kobo Books app, clearing the app data may help.
When you clear app data, all your eBooks and audiobooks will not be affected.
- From your smartphone or tablet’s home screen, tap the All Apps icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Tap Kobo Books.
- Tap Clear data.
- Tap OK.
Re-open the Kobo Books app to see if it fixed the problem.
