Try these steps if you have eBook or audiobook issues on the Kobo Books app for iOS.
Buy eBooks and audiobooks
Due to an agreement between Kobo and Apple, the Kobo Books app for iOS doesn’t include the Kobo store.
If you read eBooks or listen to audiobooks on your iPhone or iPad, you’ll need to buy your eBook or audiobook on kobo.com. Once your transaction is complete, simply sync your Kobo Books app to see your latest purchases.
Troubleshoot the app
- Sync your Kobo Books app for iOS
- Repair your Kobo account on the Kobo Books app for iOS
- Remove items from the Kobo Books with the ‘Manage Download’ menu
- Sign out of the Kobo Books app and sign back in
- Reinstall the Kobo App
