With the release of iOS 13, there are a few features for the Kobo Books app that will temporarily stop working.
We are working on fixing these issues as soon as possible.
The affected features are:
- Highlighting text and book annotations: You won't be able to highlight text or view annotations while reading.
- In-book search: When searching for a word while reading, search won't provide any results.
- Loading books onto your app: You can only load books onto your app with iTunes. Other methods such as Google drive and mail does not support book loading.
If you upgrade to iOS 13.3, you'll be able to search for a word while reading, and load books onto the Kobo Books app.
To highlight text, you'll need to drag your finger along the words that you want to highlight without lifting your finger from the screen.
