If your app isn’t working properly or froze, try a ‘Force Stop’ to fix the problem.
- From your smartphone’s home screen, tap the
All Apps icon. - Tap Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Tap Kobo Books.
- Tap Force Stop.
- Tap OK.
Start the Kobo Books app again and check if the ‘Force Stop’ fixed the problem.
