Reinstall the Kobo Books app for Android if the app is crashing, frozen, or if you’re missing content.
Before you start:
- Sign out of the app to see if that fixes the problem.
- From your smartphone’s home screen, tap the
All Apps icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Tap Kobo Books.
- Tap Uninstall.
- Tap Ok.
After you’ve uninstalled the Kobo app, go to the Google Play store and re-download the Kobo app again.
