What is Kobo Web Reader?
The Kobo Web Reader is a new feature, currently in Beta, that allows you to read select Kobo books (identified with a “Read Now” button) when logged into your Kobo.com account.
Your bookmarks are saved and synced, which means you can continue reading on a Kobo eReader or reading app at a later date without losing your spot.
Why is my book not working with Kobo Web Reader?
This feature is currently in Beta and currently supports Books with no DRM (Digital Rights Management) only; however, we will be adding support for books with DRM at a later date.
Books in your “My Books” section that are currently supported by Kobo Web Reader are identified with a “Read Now” button.
To check whether a book is DRM free, click the “...” icon and click on download—a pop-up window will appear and beneath the book image you’ll find information about the file type followed by the DRM type
