Your eGift Card history lets you see Kobo eGift Cards you’ve emailed and the status of each eGift card.
Note: Kobo will no longer accept WHSmith gift cards starting on January 31, 2025.
You can check your purchase history to resend an eGift card. When you redeem a physical gift card, you get Kobo store credit.
In your purchase history you will see:
- Amount of Gift Card purchased
- Order Date: the date you purchased your eGift card.
- Delivered to: the email address of your recipient.
- Delivery Date: the date your eGift card was sent.
- Option to resend if the eGift was not redeemed by recipient.
- Visit Kobo.com and Sign in to your account.
- From the drop-down menu at the top right of the page click on Purchase History.
- Scroll through your list until you find the eGift purchased
- If the recipient hasn't redeemed the eGift, click the three dots (
) beside the eGift card item on the left
- Select Resend eGift
Note: If the resend option isn't showing the eGift has already been redeemed.
