Move your eBooks and audiobooks into your account archive to manage the number of items that appear in your Kobo eReader or Kobo Books app.
When you archive an item, you can always retrieve it later.
After you archive an item, the item won’t appear on your eReader or Kobo app even after you sync. You might want to do this if you have a lot of eBooks on your eReader, and want to reduce the number of eBooks that you store on your eReader.
To read or listen to the item again, you’ll need to move the eBook or audiobook out of your account archive.
Follow the steps in these articles to move items in and out of your account archive.
