If you purchased you Kobo Plus subscription through our partner Bol.com, you must manage and cancel your subscription directly through their website.

Follow these steps to cancel:

1. Go to the Bol.com website and sign in to your account.
2. Navigate to My Account.
3. Look for the section titled Mijn Select & Kobo Plus. 

4. Select the option to manage your subscription 

   Note: The button is often labeled "Meer informatie" (More information),which will lead you to the cancellation prompts.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation of your membership.

Once you cancel, you will lose access to all Kobo Plus books at the end of your current billing cycle.
