If you're having trouble purchasing a book, try deleting your credit card information, then re-entering it again during checkout.
- Go to Kobo.com.
- Sign in to your Kobo account.
- Click on My Account at the top right side of the page.
- Click on Account Settings.
- Click the Payment Information tab near the top of the screen.
- Under Payment Information, click Clear Payment Information.
- Click Save.
After you've deleted your credit card information, find the book that you'd like to purchase. Re-enter your credit card information when prompted during the checkout process.
