If you can't find a book on your eReader, make sure the email address signed in to the eReader is correct.
- Go to your Home screen.
- Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Accounts.
- Under 'Kobo', you'll see the email address that's signed in to the eReader.

Verify that the email address that you see is the same as the email receipt for the books you purchased.
- If the email matches: You are signed in with the correct account.
- If the email does not match: Sign in with the email address shown on your Kobo receipt.
If you're signed in to the wrong account, sign out of your Kobo eReader and sign back in.
