If you have a Walmart account with Rakuten Kobo, you'll no longer be able to sign in using your Walmart credentials. 

Rakuten Kobo and Walmart has ended their partnership. This means that you won't see the option to sign in to your Walmart account on kobo.com.

  • If you don't have an alternate way to login to your account, you'll need to contact Kobo Customer Care to reactivate your account.
